Software Project Assistant
1.Mainly responsible for receiving project software requirements, software output, and progress control;
2.Responsible for the management and controlled release of all software versions;
3.Responsible for maintaining the software change history list;
4.Responsible for testing issues and handling and coordinating customer and after-sales issues;
5.Responsible for software project process management, formulation of project plans and objectives, and development division of labor and progress control;
6.Identify project risks and provide risk prevention measures, regularly handle and track risk management, and handle various changes;
7.Establish effective communication mechanisms, maintain good interpersonal relationships, balance conflicts between project scope, time, and quality testing, and deliver project software on schedule;
8.Provide technical and solution support for front-end sales and after-sales processing;
9.Assist the project manager in project management of existing customer product development to meet user needs;
10.Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting project progress, and regularly reporting.
1.College degree or above, major in project management, software testing, or related fields is preferred;
2.Experience in cross departmental collaboration and strong adaptability to the environment; Strong communication and driving skills;
3.Proficient in using commonly used office software such as Word, PPT, Excel, etc; Capable of organizing and efficiently supporting departmental meetings, etc;
4.Has a meticulous, down-to-earth, and pragmatic personality.
